Would consider staying here again, I enjoyed the place, it met the needs. There is lots of superb food for breakfast. The staff are best and the rooms are extremely pleasant and stocked.

I really enjoyed its reasonably large and freshly decorated rooms.

The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was unique overall. I stayed in the room that was n't cleaned nor towels or tea coffee etc replenished and available with a new bath with a hot tub, fantastic views plus...

Recommend for everyone. The breakfast is fresh made with orange juice and a bowl of nuts, for instance, had everything you could imagine.

The English breakfast was savoury and the staff were extremely friendly. The room was extremely pleasant with an en suite bathroom. The location was great and beautiful in a really special area, close to Windsor castle and shopping centre, all the local restaurants and shops and main shopping area.

The restaurant here is absolutely lovely, serving delicious food that we thoroughly enjoyed, and it's conveniently located right by the bridge.

It has competent and attentive personnel at the reception desk. The location is marvellous and spectacular on the river front. Moreover, it is right by central Windsor, the River Thames and the nearby bridge.

We had 4 sunny days here, would recomand the place. Came in Windsor to relax and have fun, this old-fashioned hotel was relaxing base for doing it. We ate at a good restaurant with delicious food from the restaurant.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room we stayed in was comfortable, warm, and had a beautiful view of Thames Street. The location of the hotel was perfect for a city break, with all the best local attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, especially Danka and Jak who provided exceptional customer service.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider selection of meats and cheese for the continental breakfast.

Immaculately clean place. Absolutely stunning view of the castle. Best bathroom in the spotless room. Stunning location, minutes away from Windsor Bridge. Beautiful restaurant within a close distance from the hotel

Honestly no complaints.

Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the castle. It has good setting and affable staff from the chambermaid to the receptionist.

The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with orange juice, a view over the Thames and £3 for a bowl of nuts £40, nothing too much trouble.

Spotlessly clean hotel with genuinely professional employees in the service-all self service…especially outside…frankly lacking staff. Lots of food available in the bar.
